30 Days writing challenge, Poetry

Day One – Invisible

Invisible
I would like to touch you, caress you,
like the cool wind across the bridge,
I would like to lift your hair along in uncanny directions,
The whispering river
Or the fluttering noise in your ear,
Gliding, floating, weightless,
I would like to shake you, irritate you,
Love you and yet be unkind
I would like to ensure
That my presence is known
Is felt, is spelt, is heard
And yet is never seen.

AUTHOR’S LITTLE NOTE:
This blog series is a part of a 30 Days writing challenge, which is as depicted by the picture below (Special thanks to Pinterest):
Writing challenge - May'17

The thing that kept me from not doing this all this while has been the fact that I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to post everyday (I still am!) However, recently, I came across this awesome blog  and that has inspired me to take this up finally! And I have a feeling that this is going to be fun. 🙂
